Delivery Policy

All items are despatched by royal mail within 14 working days so they should arrive with your mornings post.  If some items are out of stock delivery can take up to 28 days but we will notify you.  Some orders may require a signature on delivery. You can specify an alternative delivery address i.e. your work place if this is more convenient.
Whilst we endeavour to only show items on the website that are in stock, goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may incur if we do not supply goods.

Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please return unsuitable items unworn and in the same condition and original packaging as sold. We would suggest that you send either by recorded delivery or get a certificate of posting from the post office within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that you will not be refunded the postage. Refunds are made within 28 days onto the card with which the item was paid for.

Please note: due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty.

Images shown on our website may have slight colour differences to the actual goods you receive due to the display discrepancies inherent in different computer monitors and some floral skirt patterns may vary to the pictures shown.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£). All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Claremont Clothing cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
