All of our products are made to order. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. You can make changes at any time before your order enters production, but please note that this can happen quickly—sometimes within two to twelve hours, depending on our production schedule.

Once your order has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the circumstances.
